FD Dipasquale Moto Racing presents the new FD 595 / 614 cylinder with a new casting, featuring a carbon DLC treatment designed to elevate the performance of the Yamaha TMAX to a higher level.

The cylinder has been completely redesigned in its casting, improving structural rigidity, thermal dissipation, and reliability even in the most extreme operating conditions.

The DLC coating creates an extremely hard surface layer with a very low coefficient of friction, reducing wear between the piston and cylinder, improving glide, and increasing resistance to high temperatures and loads. The result is increased engine life, reduced mechanical losses, and more consistent performance even in the most extreme operating conditions. This new project stems from direct experience and continuous development of high-performance FD engines.
