FD Dipasquale Moto Racing presents the new FD 595 / 614 new cast cylinder, with carbon DLC treatment designed to take Yamaha TMAX performance to a higher level.

The cylinder has been completely redesigned in its casting, improving structural rigidity, heat dissipation, and reliability even in the most extreme conditions of use.

The DLC coating creates an extremely hard surface layer with a very low coefficient of friction, reducing wear between the piston and cylinder, improving sliding, and increasing resistance to high temperatures and loads. The result is extended engine life, reduced mechanical losses, and more consistent performance even in the most extreme conditions of use. This new project stems from direct experience and continuous development of high-performance FD engines.
