Stage 1.5 CF36 TMax 560 kit

The Dipasquale Moto Racing CF36 FD Step 1.5 Kit has been developed for your T-MAX 560 with the goal of concretely improving engine breathing, throttle response, and high-RPM performance, while maintaining a configuration that is still suitable for sporty road use.

The kit combines a series of components designed to work together to achieve more efficient airflow and higher-performance distribution. The adoption of the original Ø36 mm machined throttle body allows for increased airflow while maintaining the foundation and reliability of the original Yamaha component.

The kit includes:

• FD Air Box
• FD straight intake trumpet kit
• Original Ø36 mm machined throttle body
• FD billet machined intake camshaft PK-FD92A
• FD billet machined exhaust camshaft PK-FD87S

The FD billet machined camshafts are designed to optimize valve opening and closing timings, improving cylinder filling and allowing the engine to produce more torque and power, especially in the mid-to-high RPM range.

The combination of the FD Air Box, straight trumpets, and CF36 throttle body reduces the restrictions present in the original intake system, offering faster throttle response and increased engine fueling capacity.

To achieve maximum performance from the kit, a proper ECU remapping based on the vehicle's complete configuration is recommended.
