This kit is designed to significantly increase the performance of your Yamaha T-Max 530 or 560. Thanks to a more aggressive camshaft profile compared to the original, this kit increases power and torque, particularly at mid to high RPMs, offering more vigorous delivery and superior top-end. An ideal solution for those seeking a performance upgrade that noticeably improves the engine's character.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

2 billet FD camshafts, PK-FD92A and PK-FD87S, complete with D.27 variable timing sprockets already installed; both camshafts and sprockets undergo a DLC treatment.

The DLC – Diamond-Like Carbon treatment creates an extremely thin, hard, low-friction layer on the surface of the cams and sprockets, designed to protect mechanical components under the most demanding operating conditions.

The characteristic black-anthracite appearance is the result of a high-performance surface process used in the automotive and racing sectors to increase wear resistance and improve the smoothness of parts subjected to high loads.

MANUFACTURING

Before the DLC application, each component is carefully prepared and inspected. The coating precisely follows the geometry and profile of the cam without altering its technical and functional characteristics.
